All Levels Welcome:  This 60 minute CrossFit class focuses on using proper technique while increasing the intensity of the workout.  The class format includes a warm-up, strength/skill session, workout and cool-down.  The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored and all movements can be modified to make them harder or easier.  People of all experience levels are welcome to attend this class.

FOUNDATIONS:  This program is for beginners and includes four private or semi-private 45 minute training sessions.  These sessions teach you the foundational CrossFit movements in a fun, safe and efficient manner and each session includes a short but intense workout.  Training sessions will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you and the coach.

Personal Training:  This option is for those who would like to spend extra time working on a particular skill or movement or if you prefer more individual attention.  One-on-one appointments as well as two-on-one sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.  We offer single sessions as well as four-packs and 12-packs of sessions at a reduced rate.  Please contact us if you are interested in scheduling a personal training session.
