The All Levels Welcome class focuses on using proper technique while increasing the intensity of the workout.  The class format includes a warm-up, strength/skill session, workout and cool-down.  The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored and all movements can be modified to make them harder or easier.  People of all experience levels are welcome to attend this class.  Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or if you are interested in Personal Training.
