I've been a lifelong fitness enthusiast, having grown up playing various sports and trying a variety of fitness activities as I've gotten older. In early 2013, a friend asked me if I wanted to try a CrossFit workout with him. I had heard of CrossFit but didn't really know what it was, so I was curious and I accepted his invitation and the rest as they say is history! I enjoy how each CrossFit workout is different, how quickly the workouts go by and how easily I can see and measure my progress. I became stronger and faster, my clothes fit better, I slept better and just felt better in general, and best of all, I developed strong friendships with the people I was CrossFitting with--something I could never say about the commercial gym I had been going to.
Even though I had a successful career as a Human Resources professional, I didn't feel like it was my true calling in life. I realized that what I enjoyed most and had the most interest in was health and wellness. I had thought that one day I'd like to open a gym; but I didn't know what kind of gym. Luckily I found CrossFit and realized I wanted to open a gym based on CrossFit principles--group classes with supportive community members performing constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.
I love learning about health and fitness and I want to be the best coach possible for our members so I have invested in a lot of continuing education.

Your First Class is Free!The All Levels Welcome class focuses on using proper technique while increasing the intensity of the workout. The class format includes a warm-up, strength/skill session, workout and cool-down. The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored and all movements can be modified to make them harder or easier. People of all experience levels are welcome to attend this class.
